Foams, reds, Light, Love, fades, Butterfly, Sky. ___ the red foams.

i read bout Little Mermaid not long ago,
sorry that i had never read it when i was little.
Maybe i'm just not a faerie, all i loved was Alice. haha..
but in order to feed my imagination, i read them...

and the image came to my mind..
but never complete, so i never started to draw it out...
(though it's not the 1st time i draw something related to sea creature in human form. )

Until,
when i watch the movie "Another Earth".

Beautiful isn't it?
It's the second movie i had watched that featured different sky view,
and it's not bout typical
massive explosion kinda story...
( i don't fancy disaster movie. they usually seem unreal and not reasonable. oh please...
 just wait and see. )

i LOVE this movie, "Another Earth"..
I got so emotional watching this. i could feel it, it's real to me.
and the music...
(by fall on your sword, is amazing~)

It's very inspiring,
probably was the one that moved me the best among all those
i've watched this year...
Especially compares (although i hate to say this...) to the 1st one that i've mentioned that featured different sky view in normal days, Meloncholia.
i liked this far more better.

And i started to think, if there's one day
we woke up and look upon the sky,
it's not going to be the same sky anymore...
nothing like we used to loved, used to forgot it's beauty, used to feels warm with...

as if there's something more and different. . .
strange, but still be comfortable? as we living up to that day..
Part of us changed, never know how and why.

And then i started to draw the picture in my mind of that "foams"...
i pause the movie to proceed...

i loved this scene... so much...
and still feels like crying..

Brit Marling as Rhoda.

and so..
this is the image i draw during the movie...
and it's relieving.
Like the tears finally released from my cold eyes.

Sketch with red pen.

love this.
is why i enjoyed making mistake,
unaware...

Blue, Scrabble about Rachel~

Scrabble Scrabble scrabble~
always interesting, quick and you'll never know it'll look like when it's done.
Unlike drawing, you planned for it, but scrabble, you'd just let it flow..

To pair with your incessantly quick river of imagination,
hand in ball pens~ As quick as they could be, natural and without corrections.
Pure and original.

this is what i recently tried and learned.
with my lovely ball pens in adorable shades.

Thanks to Paper Mates~

the 1st ball pen sketch,

was initially as a birthday note to a friend,
but it looked quite informal to be given out.
LOL

under the azure sky~

and it actually reminds me of  ze lovely,
Queen b, miss Leighton Meester. <3
And the second sketch in blue shades,
still started with scrabble and repeatedly sketch in same motion. haha..
Practice with a blue rose,
but when i done toning the rose, i thought,
There must be a pretty girl in there~
the 1st image came into my mind was the beautiful, Rachel Alexander~ *chuckle

Rachel Alexander

adding with the face, loved this unfinished one...
Probably it's the empty eyes seems unspeakably awesome~

the half.

and so, done with blue.

Merri X'mas~!

This year, i begins with the idea of "fragment", tiny, many pieces, detailed.
then, it expand to "Kaleidoscope"...

it's been a wonder in my mind... i like how the little tiny pieces forms such an beautiful yet complex illusion...

and i started to draw with my limited hand drawing skills.. haha...
cute, triangle, snowflakes, unknown stones...
Cute but with some mystery and attitude, (as my impression of Kaleidoscope)

Done~!
i make it as a X'mas decoration with lace, ribbon, and cord~
love the white cord~
it's very easy to tie and knot.
and looked natural too~

And so the greeting cards for my lovely friends~~ ^^

And the present....
anyone?

set~
ready to be given out~

even though we don't have big X'mas tree, not used to prepare the X'mas feast,
but x'mas still be warm and full of joy and love...

Wished you all Meri Christmas!~ ^x^
